What is your returns policy?
Our goodwill returns policy: You can send your order back to us in its original condition with proof of purchase within 60 days for a full refund. If the item you purchased was a sale item then please return it within 14 days.
You also have the right to cancel your contract, which begins on the date you place your order and ends 60 calendar days from the day after you receive the product you have ordered. You must return the item to us within 60 calendar days of cancellation.

How can I return an item?
Products purchased through the aliexpres store must be returned by post and cannot be returned to our stores, concessions or via the aliexpres website.
To return a product please use the enclosed address label and send your item to the following address: aliexpres Ltd, aliexpres RETURNS, Distribution Centre, Saxon Way West, Corby, Northamptonshire, NN18 9ES, United Kingdom. Please enclose the delivery note provided in your original parcel and complete the relevant sections for a refund. You will need to pay the costs of returning the product to us. Please be sure to obtain a proof of posting and ensure that you retain your proof of posting receipt until you have received confirmation of the return. We will only be able to refund your item via PayPal and we will not be able to offer an exchange.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed.
Once your return is actioned we will send you a returns confirmation email and your refund will be processed at that point. You can expect to see the refund in your PayPal account within 72 hours from then.
We ask that you retain your proof of postage from the post office until you have received confirmation of the return being processed.
I have a defective item, what can I do?
If you think that a product is defective or mis-described, please contact us (please see “Contact Us” section) and one of our Customer Service Team will be able to advise you on how to return your goods.
I would like to request an exchange?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange service for the aliexpres store. Please feel free to return your order to us in accordance with our Returns terms and conditions and place a new order on the aliexpres store.
